About the Artist

Lampwork involves melting glass over a torch and shaping it using tools, hand movement, and gravity.

I took my first glass class in October 2020 and then made beads on a Fireworks torch in my garage until the Manitou Art Center opened their Lampwork studio. In December 2023 I took my first course there with J9, and started to regularly book torch time at the center. In September 2023, after moving back to Winnipeg, MB, I set up my own studio at 618 ARTlington.

I love playing with colours, shapes, and layers to create unique beads and trinkets! My hope is that jewelry artists find my beads and enjoy using them as much as I enjoy making them!
